Driftwood offers a spacious ground-floor layout with two lounge areas. The main open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a cosy lounge with an oversized two-seater leather couch, armchair, and wood-burner. The galley-style kitchen diner is fully equipped for all your meal preparation needs. The second lounge at the rear of the property is carpeted with a modular sofa, ideal for kids to relax and watch TV or use their iPads. This area opens to a beautiful elevated decked terrace with stunning views. The ground floor also includes a king-size bedroom, a shower room with a washbasin and toilet in the utility area, and an additional water closet.

The first floor has a double bedroom with great sunset views at the rear of the property and a twin bedroom at the front of the property.

Driftwood features two decked terrace areas: a front terrace with table and seating, and an elevated rear terrace with views across the bay. The property has parking for two cars at the rear, with additional on-road parking nearby.
