"My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected. We had a large bedroom with a full bath. Plenty of electrical outlets, a kettle with an array of coffee and tea and plenty of extra blankets. "We were greeted at the bar ahead of time and allowed to check in early. We had booked a twin room and was allocated a room on the first floor that was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good. The room was rather too hot but a fan was provided. Staff were great. Breakfast the next morning was very good and cooked to order . I would definitely stay again. Free parking is a bomus."

"Great hotel and really friendly and supportive staff. Was going to have to work at times through the night and my request for late check out was met, however no payment required as the hot water was off for a short while. Second time staying there and won’t be the last."

"Only stayed over the night and first thing was how nice the area was, the reception staff were great, felt comfortable on arrival. Booked a table for meal that night and again really easy and comfortable and staff still amazing .
