"Einfach ein unvergesslicher und traumhafter Urlaub.Das Chalet hat alles was man braucht. Super gelegen gleich beim Skilift. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"This was our second trip to this property and it was still great. Situated on the mountainside , in a small quiet cluster of properties, its only 5-10 minute drive to 2 gondolas accessing the ski slopes. The skiing was great. The property is very clean and comfortable. We hired both the house and apartment below, which has an indoor adjoining staircase. The children loved the bedrooms in the eaves. We mostly self catered and had everything that we needed. Loved lighting a fire for the soapstone...

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Grengiols verbracht und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Ort, ist aber trotzdem ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Anreise mit dem Zug muss man berücksichtigen, dass der Bahnhof ein ganzes Stück unterhalb des Ortes liegt. Der Weg ist aber auch mit Gepäck machbar. Im Dorfladen gegenüber gibt es sogar frische Brötchen und auch sonst eigentlich alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

The location is amazing: within walking distance from the cable car and beautiful hikes in the valley, a short drive to other cable cars, and only 1.25-1.5 hours away from Zermatt by car. "Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal für die Skiferien hier. Nach Fiesch fährt man mit dem Auto etwa 8 Minuten bis zur Seilbahnstation. Das Haus ist sauber, hat bequeme Betten und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Kühlschrank mit separatem Tiefkühlfach. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. In den oberen Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmer gelangt man über eine enge Wendeltreppe, man sollte gut zu Fuss sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...

"Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony."
