"I phoned the hotel at 14:30 on my day of arrival, as I would not be arriving until shortly after 20:00. I was told that the keys would be left in a locked box, and I was given the code. When I got to the hotel, although I could open the box, the keys were not there. Another couple who were staying there said the same had happened to them and gave me the contact telephone number. When I called, it was a prerecorded message in Danish, but no one answered. I was locked out of the hotel with no idea...

"Location is fantastic! View across a meadow to the 1000 year old harbor and historic Ribe with the cathedral towering above it all. Somewhat basic accommodations, but everything was sparkling clean and worked. And the breakfast was delicious and very well stocked."
