When staying at other hotels in the tourist areas such as furnas/ sete cidades you have to drive up steep roads daily to traverse in/out of your hotels city. The hotel is not complete,spa facilities were not available. Websites mention hotel is new, not unfinished. Reception staff & concierge were great. San Miguel is beautiful,ribiera grande not that attractive. SATA connections via Lisbon v. poor.
