"For me, this property more than met my needs. I’m a doctoral student at Case Western Reserve. The property is close to campus. It is clean. There are eateries in walking distance. I was able to eat, study and sleep and relax on the class after a day of class. Just for awareness - this property is basic with no extra frills. Such as a hair dryer like one reviewer mentioned. Very little cookware, etc So just don’t expect the Waldorf. But for the price it’s perfect for my needs. "

"I arrived at night and had a bit of trouble finding it (my fault) but the owner responded promptly and kindly to my questions. The apartment requires going up two flights of stairs. Once inside it was well appointed, very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked well. The bed was new and pillows very comfortable. "Great little place that is convenient as my wife was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and allowed me to stay close to the area and way less expensive then the hotels by the Clinic. All the ammenities you need without haviving togo our to erat, and also grocery stores close by. The host was very quick to respond to my questions 5 star!"

"Communication with management was good, property as described, security getting into the building was good. Only issue would be it could be cleaned better. The walls in the kitchen and bathroom has splatter and residue on them, and the utility closet had large amount of dust and debris. Otherwise the rest was clean and comfortable and served our group well for our downtown Cleveland visit. "

"These place is great and clean! We could not find the code to enter the building but the owner responded within an hour! It turns out this is listed under parking instructions in case anyone is looking. The plastic mattress cover is very noisy and might bother some butbut not too bad. This is a prime location, especially going to a Browns game and parking was easy ne t door!"

Only issue was that the upstairs hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived (bed not made, trash not removed). There was also no coffee or conditioner - both of which would have been nice to have"
