"Third time renting a property for a trip to visit my student at SUNY Cortland. Best property by far! Spotlessly clean, adorable, everything you could need! I simultaneously want to tell everyone about it and totally gatekeep it for myself but if you found it, book it. Unless I want it. Convenient to campus and restaurants but so nicely off the beaten path. Fantastic! "

"Was the perfect location in the middle of everything we wanted to do! The cottage had lovely cabin vibes with all the amenities of home. The backyard water fall was gorgeous. "Nice cabin, quiet location. Beds are firm but comfortable and all necessities provided. House is creaky and if you stay in the lower bedroom you hear every sound from the loft. Not unbearable but if you are a light sleeper not ideal. Water did have a sulfur smell to it but it was explained in the house info book. Communication with host was great. "

"Came with my mother in law for family days. My daughter is at Ithaca College. We had a great stay even though my daughter & I both had colds. The thoughtfulness of our host made our stay out of this world! We were able to make a homemade dinner for my daughter & a classmate. It's close enough to town but far enough to feel peaceful. Will stay again!!! "

"We loved the property and the area was just perfect for us. It was clean and had everything we could have hoped for. The only problem we encountered was it happened to have been very hot weather that week and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. "Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. "We had the most amazing stay at Carolyn's place. She left us a place so clean that we all felt comfortable walking around the house without shoes. I have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the cleanest i have ever experienced. The views were gorgeous, with the bonus being that you can see the Cornell campus from here. Easy access to all things Ithaca, wifi was fast, and kitchen was well appointed. We did not go in the lake but we did enjoy some r and r on the dock. Would stay again. "
