The hotel grounds seemed rather neglected and the room we were in was probably last upgraded in the 1980s. Everything worked ok, but was dated However, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Not marked well, toll road to get there, looks more like an apt complex than a hotel, staff at check in discussed whether the hotel was oversold, took a while to come up with a room in a 2nd bldg, did not seem to be the deluxe room we booked--pretty standard. Staff is great. I had the room with hardwood (laminate) floors, which made the room feel much bigger and cleaner. The bathroom is a bit dated having a tub instead of a walk in. Staff is very friendly. Both during check in and check out I had a very positive experience with them. Would stay again!

My husband and I found the property visually appealing. Set back off the main road was an excellent choice. The noise level was minimal to the extent of being virtually non-existent. We loved the brickwork, a lot of charm. My husband found the breakfast display outstanding - " the eggs actually tasted like eggs and were not dried out". The reception staff when we arrived and when we left the next morning were very pleasant and efficient.
