Pros: Comfortable and convenient. Close to the highway. The suite was fine and spacious, bed and bathroom were fine. Nice toiletries. Cons: The floors could have bern cleaner. The furniture is dated and we could not control the room temperature. The area is meh.

We have stayed here many times over the years. It's just a good mid priced hotel in the middle of all the places we like to shop and eat. Austin at the front desk has been there a long time and is always very kind and provides excellent customer service.

We had a problem getting hot water in our room. They also don't change their towels except for every three days because it's an extended stay. I would have preferred to have been told this up front.

Our stay was wonderful,but the morning clerk was rude and disrespectful to visitors as well as person on the phone. She was too busy assist other thing than visitors. When on phone she was rude and disrespectful and when asking for extra towel also rude. However our stay there was wonderful.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. The only issue was that one of the TV'S didn't work and the other was not easy to figure out how to change the channels. Hotel staff was excellent in helping to resolve these issues.
