The staff was awesome. Location was great for visiting Fort Gregg Adams. Construction going on but not a problem. However, that was the reason for the 3 stars on property conditions and facilities. Room door was hard to open and close. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Facility was under construction and the lobby was a mess. To be fair, the website stated that it was under construction but I didn't realize how bad it would be. I would have expected a discounted rate considering the condition of the main entrance way and sitting area. The elevator also did not work until a maintenance worker came to work on it

Staff was great that’s really why I’d book with them again. Location was great distance from Fort Gregg Adams. Renovations are coming which will only make this place better.

I have no complaints. Staff were attentive and friendly. The lady that works 3-11 is awesome. I'll be back since this is only a few minutes away from the VSU campus.

I didn’t like the first floor. The staff was very nice however I was very disappointed as I could not watch TV. The TV would say there was an error and something was wrong with their cable. I don’t know if this was just me or not, but the toilets are very low overall, it was a good stay, I wish that breakfast had waffles or a better selection of muffins.

Our stay was amazing. The staff, front desk,maids, kitchen/dining staff were all awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. Will stay here whenever I’m in Hopewell.
