Do not book here. Horrible dirty roaches everywhere and climbed on us as we slept, dirty smelly carpet, dirty blankets water ran dirty and non working toilet building looks like it’s falling apart. This place should be condemned.

This place is absolutely unacceptable I turned on the bathroom light with a can of bug spray in hand given to me by the front desk/window guy and as soon as the light came on the roaches appeared all over the sink and counter. I turned around and left and would never consider returning to another Oyo property again!

Terrible everything. My room was absolutely filthy. Bugs everywhere and the bed had stains on it. Worst part is, I did not come back for one day, and when I did, they gave away my room to someone else.

No staff was available after I checked in, not even at the front desk when I got locked out my room. Luckily I caught the maintenance man that day to help me out. The room was still dusty and dirty. Shower and sink dirty & stained. Room looked like it was falling apart. Just a terrible experience overall.

first of all i fully paid our 1 night stay, this is only our stop for 15 hours drive. so the receptionist asked me to read the condition on the door (extra $10 ) and told me if i pay the extra if not he will cancel my reservation. why there is another condition if i already pay in full, you should add all the condition before i pay on expedia. im exhausted from driving 15 hours i have no choice to pay it, but this is wrong. beside from dirty refrigerator, toilet, bed bugs etc. this place should be remove from expedia or any website.

We checked in and it was dark all around inside the lobby. Then when we were standing there waiting to be checked in and get our keys another couple came in behind us and I guess they were already guest but they kept staring at us kept looking at us made it very uncomfortable. When we got our stuff going over to the room we open the door and was hit with the strongest smell of cat pee and death. And then that couple comes walking around. We requested a king size bed, we got two doubles we told them we were on our honeymoon. it had an adjoining door which we did not like we were already in a unknown area it was way off the beaten path. We hurried up shut the door and got out of there. We did not stay we felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. We called Expedia and told them what was going on. They called the property and could not get an approval from the front desk for a refund.

Hotel is not clean at all. Rooms smell like wet dogs, and the bathrooms definitely don’t get cleaned from the look of the toilet. Thank God for Lysol and raid, oh yea cause they have roaches. The owner seems to be the owner, front desk receptionist, housekeeper, maintenance man, and plumber all at the same time😂 Long story short, you get what you pay for. ****Oh, also, if you book online, the owner will charge you $10 because he changed the location of the hotels and that some how means customers have to pay $10 when you get to the property. Mind you, the location of the hotel is in the middle of west bubble duck, now thinking about it that’s definitely a scam😂 it says “scrubbed cleaned”. L I E 😂 We only booked this room for 1 night and we were only in the room for about 5 hours.. Also, we booked a king size bed online, but Mr. Patel in the front desk gave us (2) full size bed. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND 🚩

Charged $20 fee, SO MANY COCKROACHES

Had to pay a fee as soon as I arrived. Thought I was getting a super great deal on the app, but I ended up having to pay the difference of about $20 because my booking cost less than ~$68.58. I didn’t think that was legal? Room had cockroaches. Literally every size. Huge ones, super small ones, many in between. Mostly in the bathroom (still not okay) but at least 3 out in the sleeping area. This made it pretty difficult to fall asleep, kept feeling like things were crawling on me. So so gross. Dust all over the place, cobwebs in some areas. A sign saying “tips are appreciated”, why would I leave a tip for a cockroach infested room? Seems like the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed at/in. I would usually love to give a tip for someone cleaning up after me. However, there’s a basic standard that I feel all places should need to abide by. Please take this place off your app so no one else has to deal with that disgustingness and unfairness.
