The property is clean. Front desk is always ready willing and able to help anyway possible The rooms are extremely clean. Bed is very comfortable. I stay at this hotel while I’m working very large desk area. Nice living room lounging area and I love how the sleeping area is separated by a very small wall. The breakfast options wonderful variety and always very tasty.

Cleaness was an issue Beds and carpet had stains Also they wait till cancellation window is up then they send you an email about $9 packing fee per day, I really find it as pure greed as I’m already paying for my room stay

This Hyatt is nice overall. I think that it is a very traveled hotel and the staff is a low ratio to the amount of guests this hotel accommodates. It is also misleading about the bar and restaurant. There is no restaurant here. You can get a very very small selection of food items. They do have a bar area where you can get wine and beer. But it is really nothing more than a typical market in most hotels. That felt a little disappointing so I just wanna help people realize that with my review.
