Decent place to stay. At first glance it does give off fresh new energy until you’re actually in your room. The place reminded me of one of those hotels that get removed and they just decided to not go finish in certain areas. Few things I pointed out: 1. Bathroom is not super clean. There were areas in the showers that you can tell was not touched. 2. Bedding was semi-clean. On the second night there i just so happen to look at the blanket and there were green streaks on the inside about damn near freaked out. 3. Breakfast was okay. Potatoes were cold and not a whole lot of options. But decent. 4. Service Desk stated they were available 24 hours. And they were not. The person who was suppose to be there was unreachable for hours. Overall decent stay. Not a bunch of HUGE complaints. But just enough to actually write a review this time. Which I normally don’t do.

stared 2 nights room stayed at 80 degrees no TV moved to another room 3rd day no TV the next 5 days of stay no TV spoke to General Manager and he said he will give me a discount refund if Expedia sends an email asking for one. i hope you follow through with discount refund. keep me informed Expedia!!!

Stay at this property one night for a volleyball tournament. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Studio w/ a King bed. It was a very nice room complete with a sitting/work area and a full kitchen. Only draw back (to me), the hotel’s cable was out. Not good during NFL Playoff Weekend. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this property again.

Family and I had a late check-in confirmed, but when we arrived at the hotel a hotel staff member was not available to check us in. The front door was open, but we waited for 30min and could not locate nor contact a hotel staff member. Terrible service. We had to book a last minute reservation at another hotel.

Nice hotel, lobby was amazing with lots of comfortable seating, outdoor fireplace, small basketball court on site, etc. Overall clean everything was nice although for a new hotel, wall paper already peeling in hallways and shower was getting a little scummy. The back doors and ledges inside were full of dist and dead bugs, just needs a little TLC in common areas.
