The hotel room was good. The problem I had was when I checked in I was told that I needed to pay for my hotel stay when I already prepaid through Expedia. I have the receipt of payment and my credit card was charged already. I thought this was taken care of. After I checked out and looked at my bank statement I saw that my debit card was charged. I will be calling the hotel to see what this is about.

Sheraton Richmond Airport hotel was great. Was able to leave my car in their parking lot for 5 days while we went out of the airport to take a cruise out of Miami. No problems when we returned. Hotel shuttle took us the RIC at 4am for our early flight and picked us up 5 days later when we returned at 10:30pm. Also had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food and service were great. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.
