This newly renovated cute and cozy guest suite is a part of our residence. What once used to be an old motel we have turned into our home. Conveniently located near Cobleskill, Howes Caves, Oneonta, Cooperstown/Dream Parks (30 minutes), Albany, Lake Sacandaga and more!

I had a quick stay here for a golf tournament at Leatherstocking in Cooperstown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and communicating with Shannon was very easy. Shannon was very accommodating and the check-in process was extremely easy. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet and Quaint
This place far exceeded our expectations! It was quiet, quaint, and only about 30 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village! We were there to see my son play and I looked forward to coming back each night to relax! The bed was amazing and the amenities were perfect!!!

Lovely Cooperstown room
Cannot say enough about this property. Super clean, beautifully decorated and super sweet owner. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other places we have stayed for Cooperstown. Definitely worth a little bit of a drive for what it offers.

We enjoyed New York for our honeymoon and while traveling upstate we found Shannon's exceptional place. It was absolutely spotless with all the amenities you could possibly need.
