The front deck check in was super pleasant, as was the check out. The entry and main lobby looked brand new and we liked the combo - bar/shop/breakfast area. It really was well laid out and clean. The room was ok - and could use a refresh, but it was clean, and well taken care of and suited my family for the one night. Overall a good visit - and what you would expect from Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly too.

Unfortunately I was informed that there was a problem with the laundry equipment and guest rooms were not ready. At 6:00pm, there were about 40 guests waiting for their room. My room was ready at 8:15pm. Another dozen guests were still waiting. I do have to recognize Donte who was the only receptionist. He was excellent throughout this very difficult and challenging situation, demonstration extreme patience and professionalism dealing with very unhappy and angry guests (myself included).

The room is decent and clean. The staff, Stephanie, is not quite helpful when I ask about paper and pen to write on our luggages (they don’t have paper and pen in the hotel) and other staff need educated when communicating with guest. Refusing to give extra towel at night due to housekeeping has gone home. They need to find better employees

I spent two nights at this hotel, one week apart, which were the worst experiences ever. The first time they told me the room wasn’t ready after the check-in time and they still needed a few minutes, so we waited. After one hour, we came to the front desk to ask whether they can gave us an approximate time so maybe we can come back, but they kept telling us the laundry was delayed and they needed a little more minutes, and the stuff even gave us an attitude. After one week, when we went back again, the same issue occurred and even worse. There was a long line in front of us and people who waited their rooms were filled within the lobby. Before you decide to book here, please think the situation where you are tired from your trip and only wanted to rest peacefully in your room but you have to wait more than 2hours to get your room.

Good property, front desk staff was excellent. Kitchen staff was not. We didn’t feel comfortable. Kitchen staff was rude to us. Also the food was limited and ok. I’m only saying ok because i have stayed in other Hiltons and this hotel is by far very average. More amenities would help! Also the TVs are also just cable. I bought cords to connect my laptop to TV.
