The front desk man, Felix is very accommodating, helpful, polite and professional. He’s always asking if we need anything or there is anything he can do to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent customer service. The staff in the breakfast dining are also very accommodating.. the wait staff even suggested that we can bring our dog in the dinning area as long as she doesn’t bark at people which she doesn’t because she behaves well with people.

It was very convenient to public transit as well as the rowing venue which was the reason we were there. It is a place you'd expect breakfast to be included but there wasn't anything added/special, just a good location and friendly staff. It's also a short drive to many other great small towns.

My family lives in this area. I don’t. I have been returning to this hotel for years! Felix at the desk remembers me even if I haven’t been here in months! Rooms are always very clean and the amenities they offer are awesome for the price!!

The hotel was better than expected; however, it can use some updates. The rooms are surprisingly clean but they are definitely outdated. The wood under the fridge was corroding and pretty beat up.
