"A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

"Perfect place for our needs. Spacious house, only 15 minutes from our destination, Muncie. The ONLY knock on the place is that it is a little dated especially the bathrooms which need to be updated."

"Property worked great for visiting family in Yorktown. House was very clean and very welcoming for guests. Traffic on the main drag was a bit heavy at times and also at above average rate of speeds making it somewhat worrisome when having to get to our vehicles with smaller children in our group. "Thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children 4 and under. The house and property was well maintained. Ownership team was responsive and easy to work with. This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. We will likely return for future reunions and definitely looking to the summer months for the great outdoor deck spaces."

"Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!!
