Very centrally located in the Old town of Riga, it is ideal base for travellers who like to explore everything on foot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and polite. There was a slightly sleepy waiter one morning at breakfast, but otherwise very attentive. Breakfast options were good, with both a self-serve and a table service hot dish part.

Amazing stay in Riga! Definitely recommend and worth the money to book this accommodation. I will definitely be back to staying here in the future. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town. If you’re a solo traveler and are wanting some place safe and comfortable and inviting this is the place. I had no second thoughts about my safety or security. Staff was amazing and accommodating, I don’t have any complaints or criticisms for the hotels services or staff. Everything was perfect!

Hotel Le Chevalier: Delightful Experience
Front desk personnel is amazing and helpful. Irina and her colleagues are one of the hotel’s highlights .The location is simply the best one in town. - Hotel is architecturally beautiful and is decorated with carefully thought detail. Breakfast is delicious and they packed us one to go on our departure day. Very nice room with an adequate bathroom. A few improvements could be made: The A/C is noisy and the cleaning service is below capacity to handle all the rooms in a timely fashion. All in all, we would totally return and stay in the property.

Old, cheesy, depressing. Very different in person versus the pictures shown. I had to leave the property after 30 min of my arrival. This is an excellent boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. It is well placed, with easy access to the sights, restaurants, bars, and live music. The hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms and public areas demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, even down to the breakfast crockery. It felt very luxurious. My room had a view of the square, which was lovely and allowed me to watch the sunset over the city every night. The room was very well decorated and was also modern, with lots of charging points next to the bed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, with an excellent shower. It was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of cold and hot- cooked to order - options. There were also home made cakes and biscuits daily. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it was truly fabulous and I hope to return soon. Finally, please do take up the offer of an airport/hotel transfer. The driver who collected me waited for over an hour at the airport as my flight was delayed - this rarely happens. He was also an excellent advertisement for the city, pointing out places of interest and talking about the city history and culture. It was worth every penny.

Well-located hotel on a quiet side-street leading to the main street and town square. Good car parking facilities. Whilst the reception staff throughout our stay were a little underwhelming, the room size was good, with a huge bathroom and whirlpool bath. Breakfast options were plentiful and varied (just wish the staff had smiled at some point).
