"My 5th time (nights) in this hotel from different trips. First night found a bottle of water. Extended a night n no water the next day. Went away n came back fir one more night n no water as well. "If you missed out on the Communist era, the Hotel Neboder is running a neat simulation, note-perfect in several aspects: the menacing front-desk staff, outdated and broken furniture, carpets that needed replacing 20 years ago, and, of course, the truly scary mid-70’s elevator.
