"The hotel was well maintained and a little less than half an hour walk from Brussels Midi. It was also about half an hour walk into the centre of town. Check in and check out were super easy (12pm check out was much appreciated) and the luggage storage was really helpful and easy for us. "An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window."

"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"This is a very interesting place: old hotel but very beautiful with an oriental look that makes you feel inside a museum. The hotel is small but worth exploring; it's like walking inside a piece of art. It is conveniently located between the central train station and the main square, so you are in the middle of the action. The breakfast was included and good. "The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...

"Moved out of Belgium after 7 years so stayed at Pulman as convenient for the eurostar. Didn't bother with breakfast as had early start. The hotel doesn't allow early checkins but kept our bags until 3pm checkin time. We stayed in room 305 with a bath. Would certainly recommend the hotel, obviously be careful around midi station, its rough. Saying that we used a bar opposite and walked back and forward to central via Rue Stalingrad, with no issues"
