Great early fall visit with kids and dog
The owner was kind and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet farmhouse with our children and dog. We didn’t have a chance to use hot tub/firepit but we look forward to the next time. The screened porch was our favorite spot!

Solitude
This has an old farmhouse vibe. We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Easy walk to the Shenandoah River. The farmhouse is at the end of a gravel road and very secluded. Just what we were looking for. We watched about 20 wild turkeys hunting for food in the morning and saw many deer at all times of the day.

Had another wonderful stay at the farmhouse. You can't beat the scenery, sunsets over the Shenandoah River with the mountains in the backdrop. You can canoe, fish, swim, hike right on the property. We had a great stay at this riverfront home! It was so quiet and relaxing, sitting on the porch in the evenings was the best.
