"Alt stemte med opplysninger som ble oppgitt. Vi fikk i gen beskjed om hvordan vi sjekket inn sent og hvordan sjekke ut. Trekker på service for dette. Men når vi ringte alarmtelefonen for dette så ordnet alt seg! Den servicen var bra! Siden rommet var uten vann og bad brukte vi felles facilitetene og det var romslig og bra utstyrt og med utmerket renhold!"

"Die Hütte ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (ca. 15 min. Fußweg von der Bushaltestelle) und 3 km vom Dorf (Skiverleih und Supermarkt) entfernt. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen Geräten, die man braucht und ein paar Gewürze. Außerdem gibt es eine gemütliche Sofaecke mit Kamin, sehr zu empfehlen! Man kann aber auch mit Strom heizen. Das gut ausgebaute und abwechslungsreiche Loipennetz ist von der Hütte aus direkt erreichbar (Loipe startet 20 m neben der Hütte)....

"Vi skulle selv kontakte Novasol for kode til lås (efter lukketid). Vi skulle selv kontakte Novasol om password til WiFi og modtog så dette efter nogle timer dagen efter. Der var ingen instruktioner i hytten af nogen art. Skulle selv finde ud af at åbne for vandet. Den ene nat lød der stemmer fra en dims i entreen, som blev ved med at gentage. Vi fik det stoppet."

Die Hütte hatte kein Wasser nach Rücksprache kam jemand und füllte einen Tank im Badezimmer mit Trinkwasser wir mussten dann jeden Tag selbst Wasserholen es gab kein Hinweis wo die Wasserstelle sich befindet. "We enjoyed our stay at Wood Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The view was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. We also dined at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed that as well. Our only issue what that the shower drained very slowly. Since the shower was the same level as the floor, the water soon spread across the whole bathroom. We notified the front desk and I am sure the drain will be clear before the next guest. "

When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge point either. This has really put me off using hotels.com again now as I don’t know what to expect from the advertised rooms. The room didn’t look anything like the advertised room and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the room was very basic and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. "
