Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.
No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

Front desk personel was not well prepared to received , I arrived alitle early, but the the desk person(jenifer) was not wiling to help made me wait for an hour, and when it was my turn send someone else to attende who was asking personal questions out loud , from his desk. Razoável!
No geral a nossa experiência foi boa, porém o atendente que fez nosso check in foi extremamente desrespeitoso. Quando chegamos para realizar nosso check in ele e um outro funcionário estavam falando entre eles sobre mulheres que “pegaram”, pra onde levaram, falando os detalhes, muito deselegante. Tirando isso, o quarto era bom, acomodações em geral boas. Café da manhã razoável, mas o pão e os bolos estavam duros parecendo ser do dia anterior.

Excelente quarto
Hotel com uma pegada mais jovem , muito confortável, quartos super novos. O que eu senti falta foi de um atendimento mais cordial , tanto na recepção quanto pelo segurança que fica na entrada. Embora tenha estacionamento, são poucas vagas e fica cheio rapidamente. A opção é pagar R$25 na diaria , logo ao lado do hotel. Recomendo
