The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

No dia em que fiz o chekin perguntei sobre a senha do wi-fi na recepção, fui informado que não tinha wi-fi e fiquei durante todo o período da hospedagem sem wi-fi. Tinha baratas no quarto andando sobre a cabeceira da mesa, o telefone do quarto não funcionava ao tentar várias vezes ligar pra recepção, ao receber a chave e entrar no quarto me deparei que a toalha de banho ou de rosto e sobre posta em cima da tampa do vaso, totalmente inapropriado i anti higienico.A televisão não e smart.

Numa opinião geral, a única vantagem é o valor, principalmente em alta temporada. Mas limpeza, inexiste, café da manhã, abaixo do básico e com qualidade duvidosa. Alguns quartos, ar condicionado só funciona o barulho. Nem ventar (que seria o básico) não funciona. Na verdade, é uma loteria. Cada quarto alguma coisa não funciona, seja o ar condicionado, a tv (que as vezes some o som), banheiro sem ducha no chuveiro (apenas o cano), internet inexiste (somente informação que está lá). Já me hospedei antes da pandemia e já tinha uma qualidade bem baixa, mas ao menos o café valia a pena. Atualmente, seria o ponto de fuga para os hóspedes, hoje é relegado a um "é o que temos". Seria importante uma visita mensal das parcerias nesses hotéis, pois entendo que muitos hóspedes ou não tem tempo ou não querem se expor em comentários (que existem justamente para isso, ou seja, melhorar o atendimento ao cliente).

Então,infelizmente não supriu a nossa expectativa, muitos detalhes negativos que fizeram a diferença e sendo q foi informado na recepção e segundo eles nada podiam fazer com relação as coisas que realmente não nos agradamos que de fato estava péssimo tais como a torneira do banheiro não tinha água o ar condicionado derramando bastante água não fizeram limpeza mesmo a gente informando,pedindo se humilhando pode-se dizer pra fazer e eles disseram que não podia trocar de quarto ou seja nada de tomar uma providência e isso fez a gente ter uma experiência péssima.

Propaganda enganosa

A estadia foi a pior que já vi na minha vida. Ao chegar no local, não tinha nada haver com as fotos, nem se quer a recepção, até o nome na fachada era diferente. Ao chegar no quarto, também diferente das fotos, fique arrasada, estava a noite, não tinha como procurar outro local. O quarto incialmente era o 311, mas a chave não abriu a porta e fomos para o 312. Extremamente pequeno a cama, quebrada fazendo barulho, o box do banheiro minúsculo, o ar condicionado, antigo e totalmente sujo. A televisão daquelas de tubo antiga, não funcionada, não tinha telefone e nem interfone, eu tinha que descer para falar com a recepção. A Janela não consegui abrir muito calor. O banheiro a tampa do vaso quebrada, quando vc senta cai nas suas costas. No dia seguinte eu fui procurar outro local, mesmo que ja tinha pago 2 diárias, porque não tinha condições de ficar em um local com situações precárias me senti enganada e ainda tive um prejuízo por procurar outro local em cima da hora.

Barato, mas poderia ser melhor.

Razoável. O preço é barato, mas tem suas limitações. Primeiro quarto o ar estava quebrado, mudaram para outro quarto que o ar também não estava 100%. Não gelou o quarto em momento nenhum. A TV estava com o volume no máximo e o controle não funcionava, pedi pilhas na recepção mas eles não tinham. O botão de volume na TV estava quebrado, ou seja, não foi possível deixar a TV ligada.
