Staff very friendly and responsive. Would be good if the people from the restaurant really take care of the people, it was one hour waiting for a simple order of chicken wings and two drinks, it was terrible and end up having the order delivered to the room after two complaints. The rest of our stay was good. Thanks.

Hotel is ok. View from pool area is great. Organization in reception desk is absolutely terrible. No guest have 1 minute early check in which is ok and fair for their business. However, it turns out that all guests stay in line in lobby waiting for check in at 14:00 while reception keeps doing nothing but looking the clock to count seconds to 14:00 in very bad attitude. If you want to feel mistreated please go there and experience this.

The hotel has serious issues with room cleanliness. Also the rooms are old, we had 5 rooms and 4 of them were smelly and poorly cleaned when we got them. Two of them had no hot water, the bed sheets, pillow cases and the towels had stain on them. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the view from the room and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The pool was also dirty and the hotel facade is aged and have water stains.

Pool area was very unkept pool water looked dirty. Property has lots of potential with the right maintenance and up keep it would really be a great hotel. Rooms need paint and better cleaning. Bathroom grout was moldy. Again Great space and potential with better up keep. That being said, staff was great breakfast included was a plus and parking included too.

O Hotel está muito acabado precisando de reformas . Os funcionários me parecem muito insatisfeitos, cheguei e tinha uma fila enorme para fazer o Chekin , fiquei 1 hora e 15 minutos. Teve até bate e boca com os clientes pois a fila era para tudo . Tive sorte de pegar um funcionário atencioso que fez de tudo para contornar a situação desagradável o sistema do hotel só aceitava CPF como tenho 14 anos fora do Brasil meu CPF está inválido e foi maior confusão pois meu esposo e filha são estrangeiros e meus dependentes na reserva também não aceitavam o n de passaporte.Por fim cansados deixei colocar um número imaginário como CPF . Minha experiência foi desagradável neste hotel e não recomendo. Funcionários mal vestidos uniformes precários e quarto todo ruim. O ponto positivo é a vista do Rj

Já é minha quarta hospedagem no hotel, com certeza é um dos meus favoritos... Funcionários atenciosos , café da manhã já foi melhor, mas tinha o necessário... O ar condicionado do quarto 607 precisa de reparo pois não está gelando muito bem .. tinha um piso solto na entrada do banheiro... tirando isso tudo muito bom como sempre!

Nao vale a relacao custo beneficio.
Hotel com otima localizacao e vista. Porem manutencao predial claramente deficiente. Paredes descascando, elevador quebrado, portas com fevhaduras quebradas, vazamentos de agua, blackout do quarto pessimo, nao deixa o quarto escuro. Agora vem o pior, o hotel é cheio de gatos, que ficam ao redor da piscina, em cima das cadeiras de sol da piscina, em cima das mesas. Falta de higiene neste quesito. Cafe da manha extremamente simples e com poucas opcoes. Com tudo isso, o custo da diaria nao tem boa relacao custo beneficio.

Hotel ok pela localização e vista
Necessita de manutenção, vazamento de água na pia do banheiro, fechaduras quebradas nas janelas de vidro, fechadura da porta engripada, precisava bater para fechar o que devia incomodar outros hóspedes pois ecoava no corredor. Vizinhos barulhentos. Restaurante fraco. Vista da janela do quarto para o Pão de Açúcar maravilhosa.
