Everything about Hotel Unico was excellent, the staff were very professional in every way, the venue is well sanitized, breakfast always great, I give this place five stars, what an experience!!!!!.

Nice little family run hotel in a great location near two metro stations and short walk to flamingo beach, rooms are small but everything works, plenty of hot water and ac but many rooms are inside passageway so choose a room with a window !

Quarto muito bom. Espaçoso. Porém, lamentávelmente encontrei o vaso sanitário com sinais de q ñ havia sido convenientemente higienizado. A janela do quarto sem tranca e em andar baixo me deixou insegura.

Aconchegante e perto da praia
Local de excelente localização, perto da praia do flamengo, aterro e vários restaurantes e comércio na região do Catete e Largo do Machado. Atendimento excelente, desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza. Simples porém muito aconchegante e limpo, realmente valeu a pena!

Pontos positivos: Quarto de casal possui tamanho pequeno, mas bacana. Cama OK. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Pessoal da recepção educado e atencioso. Café da manhã tem o básico, mas vale pelo preço (custo benefício). Localização boa, próxima de 2 estações de metrô e do Aeroporto Santos Dumont. Fácil de chegar nas praias da zona sul de Uber também. Pontos negativos: A acústica dos quartos é péssima, você ouve todos os barulhos externos, muitas conversas nos corredores e nos quartos, hóspedes e pessoal do hotel batendo as portas com força, fazendo muito barulho, conversando alto, pessoal da recepção chegou a bater na porta do nosso quarto às 6h da manhã com força, o que foi super inconveniente. O hotel tem muito cheiro de velho e de cigarro, apesar da limpeza ser boa no quarto e banheiro. Não disponibilizam cobertores, somente lençol fino que forra a cama. Café da manhã é incluso, porém bem simples, pouca variedade. Tem 2 bares na frente do hotel.
