The property was fine but located in an unsafe, area. The staff were friendly and helpful but the front doors are always locked due to a high crime rate neighborhood. My wife and daughter were mugged right at the front door, but they escaped inside. Too bad because the facility is quite nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Also close to the airport by uber.
Shower pressure was amazing. Ac was cool. Bed was firmer than i like. Parking on site.. restaurant was closed but walked down the block for multiple option that dont even show up on google search. Pool looked nice but was packed with 20yr Olds.
The check in process was easy but once I got to the room I was disappointed in the cleanliness or the hotel room. There was debris on the linens and the sheets and it looked as though the linens were old and worn.
Everything was good, staff is a little apathetic, hotel amenities are ok, pool is a great perk, location was wonderful to me, complimentary breakfast is a plus, I just wish they extended the hour from 6 to 11am instead of 10am, hotel is also very clean. The only thing that needs a lot improvement is the WI-FI, it’s weak, hard to get a connection and when you do it keeps disconnecting. Overall I sure recommend this hotel.
General areas are very well maintained, the room was very nice and comfortable, complimentary breakfast delicious and with very good quality, very good access to public transportation and close to Rio International Airport. Excellent price/value.
Toilet and sink did not work properly.
Parking assigned to hotel was in the lowest level of garage to which all the elevators did not go and tight ramps. Beliw average sitting area in Libby. Definitely will not stay there again.

Disliked: Staff & service
Decent hotel
When I first arrived they gave me a room with two twin beds even though I ordered a double. When I returned to the front desk they looked at each other and rolled their eyes as if I inconvenienced them. I get up to my room to find out the remote for the A/C does not work, I actually had to remove the batteries and put them back in for it to work.
The breakfast was alright, nothing too fancy. Looks as though they just threw the food on a plate; no presentation. Breakfast was served from 6am-10am. If you got there after 7am it seemed half the food was gone and they never replaced it.
Overall I felt a total lack of care was given to the guests. Ghetto...
The Hotel staff was outstanding. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was very good. It would be nice if the breakfast had more variety but overall it was good. I would definitely stay there again.
Everything was pretty good with the hotel. It is a distance out of Rio and help with regard to transport from the airport and into Rio would be greatly appreciated. As an English elderly couple felt a bit nervous about any expeditions, especially as it was Carnival time. More English would have been useful, especially as there were Americans there as well. Hotel taxi driver was excellent, wish we had known about him earlier.
