Lack of daily room cleaning service, the facilities seems are under reparation everywhere, no good clean in common areas and the attendance is plain, seem the people doesnt have hospitality manners.

When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Um hotel que não é de luxo! Bom para quem não liga pra isso! Mas de boa qualidade! Só o ar condicionado que eu não curti muito! Café da manhã bom! E cobraram 40 reais para guardar meu carro, por uma noite! Isso eu não concordo! Até porque ele nem no hotel ficou! Segundo o recepcionista, devido ao tamanho do carro! Mas não faço ideia de onde deixaram ele! Acredito que na rua em algum lugar!

Tirando o estacionamento, foi tudo bem.
Hotel bacana, me hospedaria novamente, pontos negativos foi somente referente ao estacionamento, onde que assim que fiz o check in, paguei o valor de R$40,00 pelo estacionamento, e na mesma hora guardaram o carro na garagem, porém de manhã logo cedo ao sair para meu compromisso percebi que meu carro estava na rua, e quando voltei ele continuava no mesmo lugar.. ou seja, paguei o valor do estacionamento em vão. Mas fora isso, o hotel tem pontos positivos, limpeza, educação dos funcionários, localização, quartos confortáveis, entre outros.

Boa localização e estrutura
O hotel fica em uma rua tranquila e em uma região com bastante opções de comércio (restaurantes, bares, farmacias, etc) e a dois quarteirões do metrô, te levando rapidamente à Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, centro e outros lugares turísticos. Há sempre pessoas na região, o que dá um sentimento de segurança também. Sobre o hotel, as estruturas são novas e a equipe muito solícita. O café da manhã é bom, mas sem variedade, pois todo dia é exatamente a mesma coisa. É um hotel que está entre um Ibis e um Mercure. Sem muito luxo, mas tudo funcional, eficiente e limpo.

Os quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Ponto negativo do quarto é o banheiro, que dentro do box é super apertado.outro ponto é que não há isolamento acústico, então você consegue ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado e no corredor. O café da manhã não tem sucos naturais, apenas 1 opção de bolo, ovos, pães e 3 opções de frutas. Acho que faltou variedades.
