Overall our stay was fantastic. Front desk and restaurant team members were always welcoming and friendly! The food at the onsite restaurant for dinner was phenomenal - well beyond our expectations. As was dinner and snacks by pool. Great location and walkable. What we did not like was that we had room refresh at the beginning of our stay. They took all the towels and didn’t leave any fresh towels. We got back from a walking tour wanting to shower and our phone did not work to call down to the front desk. So we went back down there to watch the front desk. Individual said they would send housekeeping up. The towels never arrived, we ended up getting our phone fixed and then had to call back down again. Overall, we ended up having to ask four times for fresh towels before they were brought to us the next day. This happened one more time again as well, And I explained what we had encountered earlier in our stay. Housekeeping came right up this time. The other thing which was weird was that our resfreshed bed had what looked like bug wings on it. Our stay was amazing besides the housekeeping aspect.

Great property and top tier staff. Only complaint would be slow elevator waits but thats something they cannot change, overall great place to stay, conveniently located and the staff is amazing.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and my stay was pretty good. My only issues was the long wait to check in as I arrived early and the food was edible but overall bad 10/10 would not recommend. The room was beautiful designed. The staff overall was pleasant and the location is amazing.

Staff were super friendly and spoke very good English. The hotel is very clean and very close to the beach. The pool and rooftop bar was relaxing and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury stay in Rio.

I appreciated the hotel allowing me to check in at 11am, but they gave me a wrong category. They issued the guest with the room card and he/she almost entered my room! I was asked to pack and move to the right room which was bad experience. I also booked a day tour the next morning, staff reminded me when i checked in, but the tour company forgot about me or hotel forgot to reconfirm until i approached the reception and found out. I was put to sit between the driver and tour guide as there were no other seat in the van.
