De modo geral um bom hotel

O que não me agradou foi a demora em localizar a minha reserva. Um estabelecimento desse porte não dispensar a boa gestão do seu sistema de informação, bem como a comunicação eficiente com seus parceiros.

Hotel Confortável

Fiquei no hotel com minha esposa, e o hotel possui várias opções para lazer, com o único porém que a minha estadia foi em um final de semana, e nos finais de semana, quase nenhuma das opções de lazer funcionam. :( Mas o hotel é belíssimo, muito bem localizado, em um bairro tranquilo de Niterói, a piscina com a cascata é muito bonita e um bom lugar para descansar com várias espreguiçadeiras.

Muito bom, um pouco caro

Hotel muito agradável, mas um pouco caro.Bom café da manhã. Pecaram apenas em pequenas coisas que nao tiveram manutenção adequada, como a trava para segurar a porta aberta e os lugares de pendurar roupa no banheiro que estavam quebrados.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

O café da manhã, apesar das inúmeras reclamações postadas, continua muito fraco com produtos de baixa qualidade. As piscinas cobertas são de treino e não despertam qualquer vontade de relaxar. A hot tub que fica na área da sauna é muito alta e eles colocam uma cadeira de plástico para ajudar a subir ou descer (um perigo). A piscina externa é muito bonita. Pena que o dia estava chuvoso. A TV tem pouquíssimos canais. No mais, é um bom hotel.

Excelente infraestrutura

A infraestrutura do hotel é fantástica. Ótima piscina e academia. O menu do restaurante e o café da manhã deixam um pouco a desejar, mas o atendimento é excelente.

Razoável

Pelo preço da diária e padrão do Hotel, deveria ser bem melhor. O quarto que fiquei tinha mofo no canto superior, o box achei pequeno. O café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor. Próximo ao ar condicionado do salão do café da manhã também tinha mofo. Digo tudo isso pelo padrão do hotel que diz ser quatro estrelas.

Boa estrutura, mas pessoal despreparado

Um bom hotel, com localização privilegiada, com excelente instalações, bom restaurante, mas com pessoal de recepção e limpeza, que realmente decepcionam, tanto no check-in, quanto no check-out, mostrando dificuldade em tarefas simples, e sem grandes problemas, o ponto negativo da limpeza é acharmos uma barata de porte razoável andando no quarto, o café da manhã apenas regular completa o cenário, estive em outros hotéis da rede Atlântica e da Radisson e realmente me decepcionei.

Instalacoes otimas, servico nem tanto.

As instalacoes do hotel sao otimas, num bairro residencial calmo, com boa praia e distante do centro de Niteroi . Como frequento o hotel, tenho percebido esforco em melhorar os servicos, que ja foram péssimos. Ha maior cuidado no cafe da manha, no restaurante, e na postura dos funcionarios, mas para chegar a bom ainda falta muito.

Um sonho encantado

Foi maravilhoso, tive o casamento da minha sobrinha em Niterói e não podia ter ficado em hotel melhor; como sou de São Paulo, fiquei semanas procurando pela internet um local perto da igreja, da casa dela ou da festa e comprovei que não é fácil achar hoteis com infraestrutura nesta cidade, como já tinha lido relatos de outras pessoas com a mesma dificuldade, infelizmente, pois é um lindo local, com lindas praias e muito verde. Achei estranho ler tantas criticas a respeito do mesmo, consegui vaga praticamente na vespera e quando cheguei foi uma alegria ser recebida tão bem por todos, um quarto espaçoso e ao mesmo tempo aconchegante, piscinas limpas, restaurante no local com ótima comida e a melhor surpresa que tive era que tinha salão de cabelereiro dentro do hotel, que cá entre nós para quem tinha um casamento pra ir, com quarenta e tantos graus, nada melhor que ar condicionado e o salão né. Só tenho uma queixa a fazer, acho que deveria ter limite de som alto na piscina, pois os dias que ficamos hospedados tinha uma turma de homens que ficavam do período da tarde para noite, bebendo, cantando, e com o som muito alto, por isso infelizmente evitamos a piscina. Em resumo foi tudo ótimo, descansei, comi muito bem, me diverti e eu e meu marido estamos preparando as próximas férias neste hotel. Obrigada a todos os funcionários e boas festas com muito sucesso para os próximos anos.

IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE AND WAY OVERPRICED

This hotel is at the opposite end of Niteroi, i.e., it takes a good hour to get there from Rio (say, Copacabana) not to mention R$150 in taxi. Furthermore, there is absolutely no activity near or around it that justifies building a hotel there. There are no restaurants, and the closest 'life' (Sao Francisco or Icarai) is a good 20-30mn away (over the hill) by taxi. Though clean and decently maintained, the hotel's style and furniture is an embodiment of Ikea-designed life, not a compliment in my book, and certainly not at the prices charged, even with an Expedia discount. On the plus side, the staff are very nice and helpful, beyond the call of duty in many respects. Be that as it may, their sweetness does not absolve the abysmal location and exorbitant prices. Be warned!
