"We ended our family vacation to Panama with this all-inclusive stay at Riu Playa Blanca. In general our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel, our room and all areas are quite clean. The staff are lovely and quite good at their jobs. And lastly, since it's an all-inclusive, I must mention the food. Starting with the al-la carte restaurants, the service was excellent, but the food was only okay. I would say it was generally under seasoned. "Made a reservation through Hotels.com which emailed me the "Confirmed Booking" notice. When we showed up at the hotel refused to honor the reservation and had booked the room to someone else. The manager was Rude and didn't care that we had a "Guaranteed Reservation". HOTELS.COM DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE!"

"Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."
