"Overall this property is quite nice. It has been upgraded. Capet in the halls are getting pretty dirty. Especially the first floor. This hotel is next to Mayo Scottsdale and nothing else really around, but they charge nightly for parking and feel like it’s just way to make extra money don’t see why tons of parking not ever full. No 3rd day room refresh as stated. Had to ask for coffee and towels everyday and remove our own trash. I would stay again because of the proximity to Mayo Scottsdale."
