"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. "The location isn't great for all the sites. There's better option. It's quiet and peaceful, that's a plus. The room wasn't cleaned that well, found hair in the shower and on the towels. The shower is below average. "

Staff helpful upon request. Nice air conditioning & clean white sheets although big stain on one of the pillows. Very high taxes that make the price exceptionally misleading upon booking. Almost 100%! Room had many thick dust & unwiped counter surfaces eg tea box lid, shower glass, cubbies for clothes. Windows & balcony...
