"The fact that it is advertised as having a airport shuttle service is an absolute lie. We arrive at 8.50pm and contacted the hotel immediately to arrange a shuttle and they said it would be 15 minutes. We waited outside in the freezing cold and had to phone them 4 times to check when it would arrive. After repeatedly being told it would be 10 more minutes, a taxi turned up and took another family who were also waiting. After 1 1/2 hours waiting we eventually gave up and paid over the odds for...

"You definitely get what you pay for on this one. Rooms are dated and cold. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes and shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. Breakfast: 16€ per person was a basic European breakfast old greasy bacon sitting in a pan next to a pan of eggs which appeared to have also been there since breakfast started. The fresh juice and coffee was the best part."
