"Staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have are the Dove products used for soap and shampoo. These products are the heaviest scented products that I have used in hotels in many years. They are impossible for scent sensitive people to use and are also too strong for those without a scent sensitivity. Dove does produce unscented and lighter scented products that would be acceptable.
