"Best hotel we've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and supplied with essentials like towels and even free bottles of water. Breakfast was great, with hot eggs and sausages and plenty of room to sit and eat. We plan to return there whenever we're in the vicinity. "

"Overall, everything was immaculate. There were a few issues in our room, but they didn’t affect our stay. The reading lights on the bed didn’t work, and one was almost broken off. There was also water damage all the way down the wall by the window, which caused the wallpaper to be rippled. However, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked, and we felt safe and it was quiet. The staff was amazing! I witnessed a guest being awful to one of the staff members who worked the overnight shift. The staff member kept their cool and remained very professional. I, on the other hand, was ready to throw my sandal at the guest's head! I highly recommend staying here, and for all future trips to Minneapolis, this will be the place we stay."
