"I wasn't able to purchase water at the hotel it was unavailable or they were all out. The neighborhood is the middle of know where so it doesn't feel safe to go out at 11 at night to the gas station next door to be able to buy water. The rug had an ugly stain in it in my room. The morning was loud train after train and truck after truck. Otherwise staff and hotel were okay."

"There was only 1 basket in our whole suite. You need about 3 more. Ray and Deborah were very helpful in the breakfast area. Tamia was super in getting my room for me she was sincerely caring about finding out about the affiliation with Norman Parathyroid clinic. I had to have surgery in the morning and Dr Patrick said these hotels are affiliated with the hospital. I guess it’s just the Homewood Suites on Webb Road in Tampa.
