"Convenient location, large enough rooms and bathroom. Wasn’t enamoured with climbing into bath for a shower. If there was a bathroom with a shower I might ask for it next time. Helpful staff but everything else is an extra cost even daily room cleaning which will be 40 Euros. It was quiet except for the Saturday night. "

"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. "Plenty of room for all of us--grandparents, kids, and grandkids. A few minor things needed repair--the toilet flush handle on the downstairs bathroom was loose, and it was hard to light the gas stovetop--but we liked the house, the pool, and the location,"

"Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "

"Modern, very comfortable accommodation. Pleasant reception staff. Really handy location very close to railway station and city centre. Very nice breakfast room with a good choice of continental breakfast items, beautifully laid out. Only downside was very limited choice of cooked food - only sausages and (poorish) scrambled eggs."

"A very pleasant surprise to find a reasonably priced hotel that delivered on all fronts. Really helpful member of staff on our arrival ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room e had was spacious even with 3 beds and everything was clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay."

"Amazing location for staying in Angers. Nice room. The check in service was very nice but a woman was a bit rude when she would yell at me in the morning to get my room number when I left for the day which I thought was a bit weird. The location is great as within a 10 min walk to most attractions. Angers is really lovely and would highly recommend visiting"
