"Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"My wife and I stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Clean & modern yet retains it's country charm. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The bedrooms were large and nicely decorated. "This apartment was fantastic, spacious rooms and was ideal for our family stay.The only thing that was missing was a toaster oven as we would like to have been able to make toast and cook things that require an oven.Also the sitting area only had a small couch."

"Maria and Carlo are very gracious host! He met us as water taxi plus provided very useful info for our Venice stay plus Maria followed up with recommendations. She was very prompt responding to our inquiries for a doctor for one of our friends who fell sick. The property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds comfy too. "My husband and I stayed for almost six weeks in this apartment, and while it was okay, it wasn't great. Here is a list of my pros and cons. Pros: country feel, reasonably priced, washer and dryer provided, host is hospitable. Cons: bedding was very old and very uncomfortable, all furnishings were also uncomfortable, toilet leaked, shower is very small and does not have a door, so water gets everywhere every time someone showers, dogs bark ALL hours of the night/day, tight quarters around...

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. The house itself is very comfortable with a great layout.Massimo is the perfect host- providing so much great information on what to see and do in Venice. "

"This is a wonderfully spacious, nice apartment. Comfy bed and couch. The company that manages the property was very helpful and available for help. I suggest letting them arrange the boat transfer (we came from the train but they organize from the airport too). It is on the 4th floor with no lift but not bad really. "
