Good value for money. Room was like a good size studio, clean. Bathroom was a bit small but everything needed was available. Didn't see if the hotel had amenities. The immediate area is not great but you have nice coffee and F&B choice 5-7min walk from it. Also, quite central in Riyadh and only 15min drive from Business district. I believe it could be much nicer if they could renovate the big cafe/restaurant downstairs
