"We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny. Shukran for a fabulous stay. "

"Lovely hotel, luxurious, bathroom starts to look a bit dated, shower did not work very well, rooms otherwise clean and well maintained , some rooms face a building, hotel was kind enough to live me to street facing room, which was then a but noisy at night with the traffic. Overall satisfactory, would be happy to stay here again. "

"It was a nice hotel in a decent location. 10 min walk to the brand new metro and lots of shopping. As for the hotel, the room was nice, breakfast was decent enough, and the staff was very friendly. "

"Staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable, but was disappointed in the last of amenities geared towards women (no women's changing room or showers at the pool, vs one they had for men, now did they have female oriented "lighter" weights for women at the gym)."
