From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were incredible. I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. The breakfast was excellent with an incredible choice and variety. Thank you will come back.

This was my 3rd Stay in Voco Riyadh but this time my stay was disappointing. I stayed in the North Tower vs South Tower earlier. The room looked old n claustrophobic ie not suitable for a good stay at all.

Nice property; spacious room (premium room) - nice window view of King Fahad Road. I wasn’t thrilled with breakfast; the salads, fruit, pastries and most breads were great. However the hot food was simply ok. I’m a foodie - so I would have preferred a wider selection from day to day. It would also be great that some of the food be pared better (for example - there were Asian noodles one day but nothing else to accompany it, the day before there was a nicely prepared Asian chicken dish (maybe a Schezwan like sauce) but nothing to eat with it … the only thing that was fluid in thought (in my opinion) was the British breakfast foods, but even they were spread out (not by each other). I’d also like to recommend that the Paratha, or any Indian bread offered, is prepared fresh — it’s not appealing under the heat lamp .. and thus the reason why people aren’t taking it (it’s dried out) .. and finally I’d suggest that the spring rolls, hash browns and any other fried things are on in one of the Shaffer dishes as it makes them lose their ‘crunch’ better if they are under a lamp in a metal serving pan. I know you’re thinking after all this that I didn’t enjoy my stay, but I did - the hotel is lovely - and the staff is wonderfully professional and polite. And the hotel is Centrally located and at a great price.

Very good experience

Erg comfortable hotel with very nice spacy lobby and cafe’s ! 4 in-house restaurant and poolside bar give plenty of choice and space to walk . I prefer this hotel because of its space & facilities and comfortable rooms & Fitness! The very helpful and customer experience driven staff ( speaking well English ) tops it off !!

Totally confused front of house staff. Check in was painful as these young boys kept handing me off to each other and I was the only one checking in! Bed had a big depression on one side so had to sleep on other side. Left behind my electric toothbrush in the bathroom and it was ‘not found’. Got upgraded because of IHG membership but my colleague said the room was very small. Room was v clean and they left lots of water
