This is far from fantasy island โ€ฆitโ€™s very run down ,not well maintained ,for is horrible,no option for a person who doesnโ€™t eat meat !!! Chef said he only cook for the local which was very troubling and not what was advertised online โ€ฆthe beds where broken bathroom not hot water ,toilet had the wrong seat on there ..rooms was very old and dirty

I don't do reviews but feel I need to share. The front desk staff was not very nice as we didn't speak Spanish. The rest of the staff was not much better. The property is very old. The first room they gave us, you couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way because the bed was in the way and the shower door was about to fall off. I would not waste your money on this place!!

The hotel sells all inclusive resort they don't have wi-fi acces in the rooms,no shampoo, conditioner,lotion offer,the people at front desk are not very helpful o friendly,the people at the restaurants and activities are great but is not enough for what they sell on the website,no hot water in the shower the rooms if the ac is not working,the water is running all day long anyways they tried to do better but is not working the beach the views are amazing ๐Ÿ˜‰ is a shame that they don't have a good management team.

The resort is not as pristine as the pictures shown in your website. It is falling apart and neglected. This is false advertising!!!! The food was awful and there was no variety all week. The alcoholic drinks had water-downed alcohol. The staff was not friendly at all. The mini golf area is very deteriorated. On the first day, the "cabin" we stayed at did not have any hot water or bath towels. The bathroom vanity had broken knobs & doors. One shower head and the shower door were also broken. The store/boutique on the resort did not have any type of souvenirs or snacks we could purchase. The entire week I had to carry our passports & other documents everywhere we went because the safe in the "cabin" did not close/work properly. The ONLY positive thing I can say about this resort is that the beach is very clean & beautiful & the air conditioner worked the entire week we were there.

Staff was great, they were all helpfull, rooms have poor maintenance they can improve that, no hot water on the property, public areas all great and clean. Pool was clear but something flowing over it was making it unconfortable. Bartender could really improve his skills. No signal on the property, none of the wi-fi work on the property. Breakfast was great, lunch and dinner could be better.
