I was pleased with this property and did a return visit to this property during my stay in South Africa. It is clean and comfortable and close to SeaPoint beach. The area at night, however, was quite sketchy but overall ok. Mojo Market is right across the street and has a wide array of food options. The units are set up like a suite with a stove and balcony so that was a plus. The bathroom was a bit small but the rest of the unit was very spacious and the bed was very spacious.

"Great hotel in all ways but inconvenient as there are no restaurants of stores at the location. You need to take a short, inexpensive Uber ride to get to anything. The hotel offers a water taxis shuttle on a schedule."
