The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. "Great location to reach all the city centre. We only stayed one night to visit the Crucible theatre and Christmas market and this was a great spot to stay. We parked in the park and ride and got the tram to just outside the hotel. Staff were lovely, our room was comfortable but the window was faulty so we had to have a member of staff come force it shut. They did offer for us to move room if we wanted but it wasn't necessary. I would stay here again."
