Perfect property
This property is perfect for 2 couples. It is set in beautiful countryside, is well equipped & spotlessly clean. The wet room was perfect for my limited mobility & we were offered further adaptions if needed. We definitely want to return

Wonderful!
We've just returned from a weekend stay at The Parlour in Robertsbridge. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt relaxed and chilled. The accommodation is really lovely, light and bright, very comfortable and very well appointed, with a private garden overlooking a field. The Parlour is well positioned with lots of really lovely places to visit close by. My daughter had a brilliant time at Go Ape at Bedgebury.

Lovely countryside getaway for the weekend
Louise was so kind and accommodating as we arrived early and the property was ready, as well as letting us leave our bags in the house so we could enjoy our walk before travelling home. The home itself is so cosy and has lovely view

Fantastic stay with fabulous views
Just wonderful. The cottage was spacious and comfortable - a lovely large walk-in shower, large beds with memory foam mattresses, so really comfortable. Underfloor heating kept the cottage at the right temperature so you didn't feel the cold. Kitchen had an induction cooker which was great to cook on. I couldn't complain about anything. Louise, the owner was very happy to chat away with you and talk about the area, about the farm and her horses. A lovely person. I could move it quite happily as if it was my own home! That says it all really. We will come back as this is a glorious part of the English countryside.

Lovely stay at 'The Parlour'
We had a very pleasant stay at 'The Parlour' in Robertsbridge for a few days at the end of July 2023 whilst visiting family who lived locally. The accommodation was very nice with lovely views of the countryside. The beds were very comfy and there was ample parking outside. We briefly met Louise (one of the hosts) and she was very welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we visit family in the near future. Thanks so much again to Louise and Graham.

Fabulous location
Great location for touring and eating out. Owner super responsive to emails before arrival. Rental clean, and well stocked kitchen and well supplied linens/towels. For a week long stay, frig very small. No freezer. Did not have super views from the Parlour - looked out at driveway/ hedge and Owners house. Small sitting out garden area, enclosed on all sides - no view. View when you walked around owners garden magnificent. Would recommend a couple of comfortable loungers for garden and non-slip mats for showers. We are seniors and one of us had a fall. But a great rental and with glorious weather had an excellent stay and would recommend.

Great location and lovely accommodation
The Parlour was in a great location for numerous walks and convenient for Robertsbridge. Using the road parallel to the “main” road avoided all the traffic for a safe route into town. Very unusual local pub (Ostrich) which served great food. The accommodation was perfect for us as we were 2 couples and we wanted to cook and eat mainly there. We spent New Years Eve there and cooked a 3 course meal for 4 quite easily. Comfy beds and a great layout. We did find it a bit warm, even with the heating off, but I’m sure nobody minds that. Overall a great break 😊👍

A short break
The property was well equipped and accessible. The bakery/shop is a walk or a short drive. The enclosed garden was very good for our dog and our short stay over the weekend was great - somewhere we would certainly return to, when visiting the area.

The Gardens of East Sussex: Ideal location
It was very comfortable and well equipped. Location was scenic and very quiet. A great bonus for us was the provision for people with disabilities as John has significant mobility problems. Support rails in the bathroom and the availability of a perching stool was so helpful. The property is on the ground floor so no stairs to negotiate. We hope to return there as one week nowhere near enough to visit all the local gardens, historic houses and steam railways
