Immersed in the nature of the upper Maremma, the Agriturismo Campo al Crognolo offers an independent apartment with seven beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner while enjoying the splendid panorama.
In the surroundings of the farm you will be able to discover numerous cultural itineraries, among the ancient medieval villages, or visiting the Etruscan remains, places nearby.
The main Tuscan art cities are all around one hour away by car.
If, on the other hand, you love nature excursions, the nature reserves in the area offer different landscapes to explore on foot or by bike.

After a busy day of hiking, you can cool off in the spacious private infinity edge pool with night lighting.

Der Pool ist sehr schön . Die Aussicht ist toll und man hat seine Ruhe. Die Zufahrt allerdings ist katastrophal. Es geht über eine 4 km lange zum teil sehr steile Schotterpiste entlang. Einfach mal so zum Einkaufen fahren ist nix. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist total einfach. Die Fliegengitter sind zum Teil defekt. Der Pool hat Öffnungszeiten von 9 bis 13 uhr u von 16 bis 20 uhr. In der größten Mittagshitze saß man auf der Terrasse mit 2 kleinen Sonenschirmen . Es gab keine Klima . Aber das wussten wir. Es war zu unserer Zeit sehr heiß. Städte wie Pisa Florenz usw. Sind mindestens 2 Stunden weg. In Roccastrada gibt es nur ein mini lädchen . Wenn man mal richtig einkaufen möchte, muss man schon bisschen fahren. Alles in allem hat man Ruhe u kann sich erholen . Muss aber mit allem anderen zurechtkommen. Städte wimindestens 2 Stu

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist großartig. Wir hätten uns eine Überdachung auf dem Balkon gewünscht, als Schutz vor Sonne und Regen.

Fantastic view over Maremma
The appartment can be reached by car, but a SUV is highly recommended as the road is "offroad" quality". Valentina offered help whenever we needed help. The appartment does NOT have a washing machine, but Valentina helped with an option to wash in the other appartment. The kitchen equipment could be improved. Ther location is fantastic and calm.

Inmitten der Toskana
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas außerhalb der üblichen Wege, was aber genau unser Anliegen war. Ein Allradantrieb wäre zwar von Vorteil gewesen, aber mit unseren Frontradantrieb, war der Weg zum Grundstück auch gut zu bewältigen. Den Ausblick, den man nach dieser Fahrt genießen kann, ist es auf jeden Fall wert. Valentina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, welche uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Die drei liebevollen Hunde vor Ort, werden vor allen unseren Kindern in Erinnerung bleiben. Der großartige Pool hat den Kindern viel Spaß bereitet und meinem Mann und mir viele Trainingseinheiten ermöglicht. Die zentrale Lage inmitten der Toskana, ermöglicht es sowohl Städte wie Florenz, Siena und Pisa, als auch die Quellen in Saturnia weiter südlich besuchen zu können. Wir waren sehr gerne Gast bei Valentina und danken Ihr für die wundervolle Zeit. Das Dinner für Feunde und Gäste haben wir sehr genossen und würden jedem empfehlen daran teilzunehmen.

Große Stille inmitten von Olivenbäumen
Nach der etwas beschwerlichen Anfahrt verzaubert das Gelände, die große Stille, der herrliche Ausblick ins Land und der tolle Pool. Valentina ist eine sehr aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und liebevolle Wirtin. Ihr Vermittlung zu gutem Essen haben wir dankbar angenommen, es waren sehr gute Tipps mit großem Wohlfühlcharakter. Ihre drei Hunde haben uns gut geschützt. ;-) Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Traumhaft ruhiges Urlaubsdomizil
Wir waren für zehn Tage bei Valentina und ihrer Familie auf dem Campo al Crognolo zu Gast. Der Hof ist idyllisch und fernab von jedem Trubel gelegen, gut für jeden, der einfach mal abschalten und seine Ruhe haben möchte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (man wohnt über den Eigentümern) ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Die Küchenausstattung ist nachgebessert. Das Preis – Leistungs – Verhältnis ist top. Der Blick von der Terrasse ins Umland ist wundervoll. Zu dem Hof gehören drei ausgesprochen freundliche Hunde (ein großer und zwei kleine :-) ), die hin und wieder gestreichelt werden möchten, aber insgesamt sehr ruhig sind. Ein Highlight ist der wirklich große Pool mit einer integrierten Schwimmbahn. Wir haben ihn redlich genutzt. (Zu beachten: es gibt Pool- Nutzungszeiten, da auch die Eigentümer den Pool nutzen, aber das ist kein Problem.) Die Verbindung zur Außenwelt ist zugegebenermaßen ein bisschen holprig, aber mit einem normalen Auto machbar. Mit einem tiefer gelegten Sportwagen ist die Zufahrt allerdings nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Einziges Problem: das Navi unseres Autos kannte die BESSERE der zwei holprigen Zufahrten NICHT. Ohne Navigation via Google maps ist die Anfahrt tatsächlich schwierig, da die vom Auto angezeigte Route wirklich schwieriger befahrbar ist. Bei Valentina kann man auch Olivenöl und Feigenmarmelade aus eigenem Anbau und andere Produkte aus der Region erstehen. 😊 Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. An Valentina und ihre Familie vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Schöner Pool ist nicht genug!
Lage und Pool sind gut. Erreichbarkeit des Objektes ggf. 1 oder 2 Mal täglich über eine (wenn auch wenige km lange) sehr steile Schotterpiste ist eine Zumutung. Ausstattung von Küche und Bad sind sind unbedingt zu verbessern.

Relax and take a dive
If you love swimming in the morning this is the place to be. 20 meter long swimming pool all for you alone. When getting out of the water at least one of the friendly dogs will be waiting under your chair to keep you company. Very relaxed atmosfeer and kind host.

Schöne Zeit
Grandioser Blick, wundervolles Pool, tolle Lage im Olivenhain. Einfache aber ausreichende Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung. Die Anfahrt erfordert ein robustes Auto mit Bodenfreiheit damit auf der Schotterpiste die Ölwanne nicht beschädigt ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Tochter der Vermieter

Schöne erholsame Tage
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage dort verbracht. Valentina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit den Hunden haben wir uns angefreundet, die Aussicht und der Pool sind einfach genial. Die Ferienwohnung war geräumiger als erwartet und alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Danke Valentina, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Traumhaft
Wer traumhafte Aussicht, Abgeschiedenheit im Olivenhain, Ruhe, Vogelgezwitscher, Glühwürmchen, gigantischen Sternenhimmel, und vor allem Baden im einmaligem Pool (so einen tollen Pool hatten wir noch nie) liebt - ist hier genau richtig... Wir bedanken uns bei Valentina von ganzem Herzen für ihren liebevollen Service und ihre Tipps für Restaurants, Werkstatt etc... Die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch das gehört zum Urlaub. Was für uns auch unvergesslich bleiben wird, sind ihre drei süßen Hunde, die uns stets freudig begrüßt haben und die wir alle sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben... Danke😃

Séjour très très agréable et ressourcant
Nous avons passé une super séjour chez Valentina. Endroit parfait pour profiter du calme et de la nature et se ressourcer. La vue est magnifique, la piscine est très grande. Le logement est simple, grand (2 chambres séparées, 2 salles de bain, une grande terrasse). Valentina nous a vraiment bien aidés et accueillis (envoi point GPS car la maison est reculée dans les colines, astuces d'activités autour, conseils pour voir les animaux dans la forêt etc...). Nous recommandons !

Liebenswerter Agriturismo in traumhafter Naturlandschaft!
Wir waren eine gute Woche am Podere Campo Al Crognolo. Es ist eine Einliegerwohnung im Hof der Gastgeberin Valentina, die dort mit Mann, Kind und Hunden nebenan wohnt. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, eine Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und gut ausgestattet, ein Wohnraum mit Fernseher (wir haben ihn nicht ein Mal angeschaltet), zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mit Dusche. Der Hof liegt ziemlich weitab vom Schuss, man muss von der Hauptstraße etwa 3 km auf teils holprigen Feldwegen etwa 5 Minuten fahren. Mit einem normalen Mittelklasse-PKW aber gut zu fahren. Dem gegenüber steht die Lage des Hofes in einer traumhaften Naturumgebung mit Olivenbäumen und einer Aussicht nach Westen bis zum Meer, die atemberaubend ist. Valentina, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllte uns alle Extrawünsche, die wir so hatten. Mit auf dem Hof leben die beiden Hunde Ettore und Nespola, ein großer weißer flauschiger Retriever und ein goldiger Rehpinscher. Wir haben die beiden sofort ins Herz geschlossen, ganz tolle umgängliche, verspielte Hunde! Unter dem Strich würden wir die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Abgeschiedenheit und etwas holprige Zufahrt zum Hof sollte einem bewusst sein, mal kurz zum Brötchen holen ist man schon ein dreiviertel Stündchen unterwegs. Ich hätte fast vergessen, den Pool zu erwähnen. Asymmetrisch mit einer 22 m langen Schwimmbahn, gut 1,50 tief und top gepflegt (der Reinigungsroboter läuft fast jede Nacht), das ist 5-Sterne-Qualität. Bis zum nächsten Mal, Valentina!
