"Arrivée en famille devant l'établissement à 20h30, personne de présent à l'accueil, nous avons du appeler l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin nous ouvrir après 15min d'attente, et pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il y a un doublon sur notre studio et que nous serons donc relogé en chambre sans kitchenette et donc dans l'impossibilité de faire manger la famille. "Wir sind mit einer Gruppe Männern hingefahren. Auf den ersten Blick sah man schnell, die ganzen Möbel und auch Wände waren sehr "durchlebt" und überall fehlte irgendwas oder war schon was kaputt. Spinnenweben zieren den Dachstuhl und Wände sowie Vorhänge. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren recht sauber aber die Böden der Bäder waren ebenfalls ziemlich dreckig. Nice accommodations when staying in Andenne

"This was our third time staying here to visit family nearby. All our stays have been pleasant without issues. The staff has always been nice and helpful. It is a unique hotel built around a factory which is cool. The accommodations are basic but get the job done. There are plenty of places to eat or get a drink nearby and a couple markets/food stores within easy walking distance. A walk along the river nearby is very enjoyable and there is a Lock nearby with viewing bridge to watch the barges go up river. The surrounding area is clean, safe and walkable. "

"Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaints are that the dining options were very slim in the area after like 7pm, and there was a list of requests posted in multiple areas of the room that "for the environment you should turn off the water when brushing your teeth and turn off the water while washing your body in the shower" which was peculiar. I am environmentally conscious and still found that unpleasant to be asked of from a place I paid to stay in. "
