Look, it’s a hotel by the airport and it’s mostly what you’d expect. That said the courtyard greenhouse design really surprised me and it made the common area space quite nice.

The design of the building is very poor. If you have a room with a balcony that overlooks the center of the hotel, all sounds filter up to your room. There was a function until midnight. We could hear noise and conversations even up the 4th floor. Also, vents in the rooms are connected. We could hear the TV loud and clear at 1 am from the room above us through the vent.

Property was very beautiful and clean but things were broken: sink faucet was super lose, lights didn't work, gym floor was extremely warped- it took away from the overall quality of the other details. Everyone was very friendly and the room was really nice. We enjoyed our stay: would stay again.

The hotel and amenities are amazing. You are really wowed by the property! We did have a hang up with the staff, and my wife had an odd interaction with the check in staff. I just assume she was new and didn’t understand the process. But, then the next day a different lady who worked there also made a snide comment about conversation and interaction earlier, when it was the hotel staff who were confused and in the wrong. But, other than the 5 min interaction, everything else was very wonderful! Happy with the rooms and the ambience!

The hotel facility was attractive and initially we were impressed. However, lack of readily available drinking water was a negative. Most hotels have some water in the lobby. The ice machine on our floor (2) was broken and looked like it had been for some time. There was water available to buy for $4 a bottle. Asked for a towel and bar of soap in the evening on our way up to the room but it never arrived to our door. The room housekeeping job was good, but there was a towel and some garbage on floor in hallway from the evening into the next morning when we left. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice.
